Kowan-ya

A core of the Iekei style: pork-bone shoyu layered with chicken oil, driven home by medium-thick straight noodles. The bowl shares the same design as the brother’s. A different course than Yokosuka’s curry-tonkotsu, but “Kōwan Tokusen” carries the same blood.
